Madelyn is an American model, actor and social media star. Born near Charleston South Carolina Madelyn began modeling at age 10. She appeared in many commercials, print advertisements and newspaper ads. After turning 19, she decided to leave university and pursue acting. She appeared in several series short films as well as feature films. After appearing in the series Stranger Things and The Originals she made waves by playing Sarah Cameron in the series Outer Banks. Madelyn Cline was born the 21st of December 1997 in Goose Creek (near Charleston) South Carolina U.S. to Mark Cline and Pam Cline. Their father works as a water systems engineer and her mother is a real-estate agent. Maddie her nickname is. When she was 10, she began modelling. As a model in New York, she did commercials for television and print, and was in the American Girl cover. But she decided to drop out and make a career as an actor at the age of 19. Then she moved to Los Angeles California against her parents' wishes. Although her parents live in South Carolina they still support her.
